Just left after getting my depo shot. Had to renew my prescription again when I did that the last three times. The first girl I saw was surprisingly rude as well after I mentioned I renewed my prescription the time before last when it is usually once a year not every time I come in. The provider Kendal I believe is her name. Was very rude when I was trying ti explain what I wanted to do in the future and kept talking over me. I wouldn’t recommend coming here anymore unless this is your only option.

I am so happy that I chose Planned Parenthood for my lady business. It turns out I have health issues that could be potentially cancerous.
From the moment I walked into the building I was greeted with professionalism and kindness.
The nurse was very thorough with the questions she was asking in order to determine what was needed for my treatment.
The doctor was very professional as well with great bedside manners.
The facility was clean and no matter what my results may be the staff never once made me feel as though I have a death sentence awaiting.
They asked me about my mental health and the provided resources for me.
I really do feel the staff cares about the treatment they provide to both men and women.
They were able to provide me with education on my potential condition.

Service is kind. Not smart though. Filling out the same paperwork everytime you visit is normal here. They will make you WAIT for upwards of an hour. I am currently sitting at just over two hours. This is the third time I've given them a chance and the last.
