Cameron does the best he can while being short staffed but I don't quite understand the defensive attitude. I don't understand why it takes 4 days to get a prescription filled.

The staff are friendly, fast, and know their stuff. I have a couple Rx that can be finicky at best so I appreciate them being communicative and always have my meds ready. Thank yall for making mountain rural life easier!!!

Went in to pick up a prescription under workmans comp. The pharmacist was rude told me he couldn't do anything until he talked to my caim rep. He was just very rude about everything saying the dr. didn't know what they were talking about when I told him what they told me to tell him.

This pharmacy is a joke. How many times do people have to complain before something is done?? They send false pick up text messages and always blame it on their "system." Also, don't go there in a hurry, surely you'll be disappointed as wait times and lines are insane. I know they'll say they're short staffed, but so is everyone else. You can't use that as an excuse forever. Not to mention the repeated bad experiences with rude employees. Please give us another grocery store and pharmacy in Leadville!!
