  This is not an organized facility for employment screenings. They stated they could not let me come back for my appointment until I filled out all the paperwork they sent me via a text link. I explained that all of those documents I had filled out in preparation for this appointment online via the screening that my job had sent me for this appointment, and showed them proof of this. It was not accepted, and they had me fill it out again. I then showed them proof of confirmation that what they sent me had been filled out again. They said that was fine. They then stated they would have to have me fill out another nine pages of paperwork of the exact same questions by hand in order for me to go back for my appointment, and that they would not accept the documents that had been failed out online via their text link nor via the pre-registration link that I had been sent today before. All in all, I had to fill out nine pages of paperwork. Three different times. Choose another facility.

  The pre employment drug screen couldn’t have gone better. In at 8:00am and out by 8:30am. The female at the front desk, didn’t get her name was polite and cordial. Sabrina was the technician who took my sample. She couldn’t have been nicer, she gave me a complete explanation of what she needed me to do. In and out with polite people! Nice job. 👍🏼

  The staff were very friendly and once I was called back, it went fast. However, there was construction going on and it was a bit chaotic when I arrived. I gave my ID and thought I was signed in, but they sent a link that I was supposed to access and fill in everything, including my ID information, but did not tell me that I needed to do this to sign in. My phone had no connection. After an hour of watching everyone go back but me, it was clear something was wrong. I wasn't even in the system even though I signed a sheet and gave my form, etc. to the front desk. This meant I had to wait almost another hour before I finally got called back. I had to sign in on a notepad device at the front desk. Overall, the experience was ok, but the wait was terrible. This was more of an oversight due to technology, so I don't believe this is the norm.

  Dr Rovak hates his job and it reflects on how he treats his patients, no care for a human being rather care about getting the job done. Dr Rovak is a rude individual that is in the wrong line of work as he portrays nothing less then a systemically damaged individual. NEEDS TO IMPROVE HIS ATTITUDE!!

  There are three locations with the address: 11185 W 6th Ave in the area. One in Lakewood that doesn’t come up on RTD Plan A Trip, one in Denver, AND one in Aurora. Called the clinic and asked where the nearest bus stop is located and nobody at the clinic had any idea.
