- CHchris howellDec 28, 20251.0The woman working the front desk on Friday after Christmas made it clear that the wait time was hours, I was feeling horrible and I felt like I was annoying her as I tried to find another urgent care as I have asthma and flu symptoms… I asked her if she knew of any other urgent care and all she would say was Aurora or Centennial . I remember seeing an urgent care in Littleton and I was so grateful they were open and were so kind and understanding. I was able to get the medication’s for my asthma and Flu symptoms!!!

They stated they could not let me come back for my appointment until I filled out all the paperwork they sent me via a text link. I explained that all of those documents I had filled out in preparation for this appointment online via the screening that my job had sent me for this appointment, and showed them proof of this. It was not accepted, and they had me fill it out again. I then showed them proof of confirmation that what they sent me had been filled out again. They said that was fine. They then stated they would have to have me fill out another nine pages of paperwork of the exact same questions by hand in order for me to go back for my appointment, and that they would not accept the documents that had been failed out online via their text link nor via the pre-registration link that I had been sent today before. All in all, I had to fill out nine pages of paperwork. Three different times. Choose another facility.
