    Poor customer service and worse communication. I received no updates and had to call repeatedly, never received a phone call back, just a text message with excuses as to why I haven’t received my frames, which I was told were on order and would be in, within two weeks upon payment at my appointment. No emails, no phone calls, just one text with poor excuses. All about taking my money though. Very dissatisfied to say the least.

    My visit was fine. I had an eye exam and purchased glasses and sunglasses. I am surprised no other review has mentioned the 3% charge for using credit cards; that was a surprise. Now that I know, I can go elsewhere next year. I realized after I left that I was not given an itemized receipt for my glasses purchase, just the credit card slip. That was disappointing and I’ll have to get it when I pick up my glasses. It always makes me wonder if something is being hidden from me when a receipt is not freely given. Edited: After posting this review, I received an itemized invoice in my email. I appreciate that extra step and I increased my rating. Things do get overlooked and I appreciate their going the extra step to get me what I needed.

    The Dr was wonderful. She asked good questions, patiently answered my questions. I was confident in the care I received and the support I received when picking out my new glasses and lenses. Wonderful group at the Highlands Ranch location!!

    Terrible customer service. Store was focused on getting my money and not delivering a satisfactory product. 1. Took one month for me to get my glasses and multiple delays. Store employees told me their factory sucks and do not have enough skill workers to make the lenses. There is nothing they can do about it since it is a decision with senior leaders. 2. One of the glasses lenses did not fit well in the frame and it was loose. I went back to the store to ask for help, store manager-Gaby complaint that she doesn’t have time to help and she is extremely busy. Store manager was unprofessional and complaint about this company doesn’t treat her well, and she is overworked and understaffed. 3. Store manager-Gaby charged me for 1 year warranty when I never wanted to sign up for this. She was focused on her sales revenue. Store assistant-Bernie told me over the phone that when Gaby mentioned the 1 year warranty to me verbally then it means I agreed to buy. This is such a sales scam. 4. It took the store 1 month to provide me the billing invoice. I called them multiple times to provide me the line items and detail invoice, they continue to delay this. 5. Store assistant-Bernie was rude, unprofessional, and likes to yell at customers over the phone. I called for help multiple times and still not getting all the help that I need. This problem has been going on for almost two months and there is no resolution. Bernie is very lazy and does not want to do work. During glasses frame fitting, he did not want to get the tools or walk over to the heating fan to adjust the frame. I have to asked for the heating fan and then he will use it to adjust my frame. He told me to come back to the office again for frame fitting because he doesn’t feel like he needs to help me fit the glasses frame right now. This is very lazy and unprofessional. Another incident on the phone with Bernie, he likes to argue and yell over the phone. He doesn't focus on providing a solution and continues to fight over the phone. He needs additional training on his customer service behavior. He yelled at me and told me to never come back to the store, but he is not interested in giving me the refund. This store has multiple problems. They want to take my money but do not want to help. They signed me up for one year warranty and told me to NEVER return back to store. When I complained about problems with my glasses, they refused to fix error. Very bad experience with this branch, even their own store employees told me how they don’t enjoy working there and head quarter managers are terrible too. I don’t understand how they operate like this.

    I’ve been going to this location for years and they are all so friendly and just great people! The new doctor is great! I can’t remember his name but made sure I didn’t feel pressured into progressive lens yet. Kia is an absolute sweetheart! Gabriella is an absolute delight and very helpful hunting down the perfect frames! Even though Danielle is no longer there, her husband still works there and is so helpful and just a cool guy to talk to(sorry I’m so bad at names).even though there have been tons of changes recently they are still our eyecare family and we love them all! Highly recommend!
