They seems to be always busy, the entrance line and exit are not clearly marked. Why is anyone forced to stand in line and jump thru hoops when prescriptions could be mailed so cheaply and easily??? I won't be back.

For a business matter, I called to clarify a question on behalf of the provider I work for. The employee or pharmacist that answered the phone was given the patient information and was asked a simple question. The question was to resolve a concern that my provider had about fixing a prescription due to patient allergies - as this was resolved already, just following through with the previous request on fixing this script. I asked if we could back log as to when we placed this script, as the patient indicated he didn't get the antibiotic, but got his pain meds. I was asking if there was a reason why he got one and not the other - mind you I asked in a very inquisitive voice that was not aggressive. Just trying to figure out the details to see if it was our miscommunication on our side or if it was misunderstanding on the patient to pick them up. The pharmacist/employee was very rude with presenting information on what was being asked from me by continually stating "THE PATIENT PICKED THESE SCRIPTS UP THIS MORNING" - as if that answered my question. I then asked if there was a way to back track logs of scripts called in to see if they were put back because of the time frame we called them in from, but she then answered again with "THE PATIENT PICKED THESE UP THIS MORNING, THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO GET YOU ANY OTHER INFORMATION." I then asked her - "There is no way to back log when we called these in at all?" She got very upset at the questions I was asking and not answering them directly. By the time I asked her a series of questions, I was able to get the answer that the problem was the patient not picking the script prior to their procedure with us. She acted as if I was trying to blame her the entire time. I was trying to just get the information to understand what OUR responsibility was. I then brought to her attention that I was not trying to upset her or blame them for this issue, but to clarify what was going on - that way this doesn't happen again. She liked to put blame on the patient rather than giving me information on dates and times for us to resolve this professionally. I feel it was a completely unprofessional and a rude conversation - I get that everyone is busy this time of year, but gives no reason for us to not be able to resolve my questions and concerns. I then sat there for a solid 5-10 seconds after I confronted her about not wanting to cause her to be upset... She had no response and then I happily said "Well, I wish you a MERRY CHRISTMAS". She did not respond and hung up!
