She was incredibly articulate and extremely thorough. If we had questions, she had answers! She gave wonderful information and excellent ideas on how to go forward. - MHMegan HenrieApr 13, 20211.0I have been trying to get a hold of Dr. Swann or anyone at the office to find out why I haven't heard back regarding my child's evaluation. The evaluation was done March 5th, and it is now April 13th. I was supposed to have heard back within a couple of weeks from my understanding. A month after not hearing anything back, I sent a message to Dr. Swann inquiring about the evaluation report, and she scheduled an appointment to talk to me the following week. I never received the phone call and she has since been not responding to calls or messages. I am unsure of why, and have called the business phone and left a message, to which I have not received a response. This is unfortunate because my sister had a wonderful experience when her child saw Dr. Manion. I really hope this is just a misunderstanding that can be clarified, because insurance was certainly billed for a service that has not been completed.
