The few times that I went there it felt like the therapist was checking the boxes rather than trying figure out what was actually going on and how to improve my symptoms. This place may work for some, but I experienced more relief and found someone who was able to better prescribe exercises to assist with my injury in one visit at another PT provider than I did the multiple times I visited here. The other thing I couldn't stand is that you schedule an appointment for 7:00am and they are not even open at 7:00 and one of the therapists is opening the doors, turning on lights and putting their lunches away and getting set-up for the day. Typically you're not getting started until 7:05-7:10. Would it hurt to have your therapists come in at 6:45 to get settled for the day and be ready to take clients at 7:00?
