I used to trust and appreciate this pharmacy, but after a phone call this morning regarding a simple refill, I’m extremely disappointed. The customer service was shockingly poor. I was told to download the app to handle all future refills so I “wouldn’t need to call again,” and after being told my prescription was already being processed, the staff member stated the call was unnecessary and abruptly hung up. The interaction made me feel like I was an inconvenience. As someone who works in customer service myself, the lack of professionalism was truly disturbing.

I have a great respect for all the people who work in the pharmacy. They have alot to deal with and have always been very respectful and have alot to deal with. Josh is really helpful and helpful as is Bri. All the pharmists are awesome the others who work back there are always working hard to do their jobs and they are always friendly. I've seen alot of really great people leave because they never got the praise they deserved from safeway and some people can be very rude. So I thank all of them.

If you work in customer service you should really learn how to serve your customers. I have never in my life dealt with such rude, uncaring people in my life. The ability to listen and not cut me off only to ask the question I was trying to give you the answer to just blows mind. I can totally understand if you’re busy or a bad day, and it’s just a one time occurrence but it’s literally every time I call… to the point I send my husband in or call. AND I never leave reviews but I’m over it.

Do not use this pharmacy! Used to receive exceptional service from this pharmacy but the last few months I have had to wait for prescription refills for an unacceptable amount of time. For example, most recently my doctor called in a prescription for a antibiotic because I have pneumonia on a Tuesday and it still was not filled by a Friday. My doctor said to start the medication right away but I didn't because it still wasn't ready 3 days later. I have other medications also that I am not supposed to miss any doses but consistently do because the medications are not ready in a timely manner. When I have inquired as to why my medications are not ready I am told that the pharmacist is so busy giving flu shots. What? So people are not getting thier medications and that could be dangerous and perhaps life threatening because the pharmacist is too busy giving flu shots? If that is the case then one of two things needs to be done: One, hire someone qualified to do just flu shots so the pharmacist can focus on their main role or, two don't do flu shots! Get it together Safeway corporate!
