The customer service was shockingly poor. I was told to download the app to handle all future refills so I “wouldn’t need to call again,” and after being told my prescription was already being processed, the staff member stated the call was unnecessary and abruptly hung up. The interaction made me feel like I was an inconvenience. As someone who works in customer service myself, the lack of professionalism was truly disturbing.
