Vanya & her 2 colleagues all worked together to help me pick a pair of sunnies that look best on me all while juggling multiple other clients. I felt really taken care of and was even offered an adjustment to ensure my frames fit perfectly to my face and did not sit crooked. I’ve been to Warby Parkers in NYC and have never received this level of service. Thank you so much!

The shop closest to me doesn't do exams on site, but I would use that option ins heartbeat if they included that option. I've had a few minor repairs that I needed on WP glasses and they always take care of them on the spot and no charge. I will keep buying glasses there as long as they keep having such great designs!
