poor service. The female at the front was nice and all , but the moment the male doctor person came in , he didn’t actually hear what me and my dad had to say , he also said he was going to run tests and looked at my damn throat ,nose , and ears with a light then proceed to basically say I’m not sick . And when my dad told him how we were feeling he said he couldn’t really do anything, and had us sitting in there for like almost 25 minutes waiting for Nothing , if I new any better , I would not have went to this location. he threw my dad an inhaler and said there’s nothing he can do about it . I feel it would have been better for us to go see monkeys to make us feel better . Useless shall I say

Poor experience and definitely won’t be back. This place is more concerned about covering themselves than actual patient care and satisfaction. The nurse practitioner dismissed my concerns and my pain. With 8.5-9/10 pain, unresolved with my home regimen, I was told to continue doing the same thing, and there was nothing else to do at this time. When I mentioned steroids due to severe inflammation, I watched her pause and simply said “no.” with no indication or explanation as to why. Which I later had to bring up again and question. I didn’t come to the clinic for holistic care & the advice to go home with “salt gargles” which I could learn from doctor google and common sense. I came for medication and symptom support that would actually make me feel better. Instead I suffered for 2 more days, until I went to an urgent care with better reviews, and shocker, they gave me everything I needed no questions asked. This is a prime example as to why the ER’s get loaded with patients with the common cold because their needs do not get addressed in the outpatient setting.

So incredibly frustrating when providers choose to AI phone assistants. There’s no way to speak to a receptionist to ask a question and you spend more time repeating yourself to a bot than is necessary. The focus should be on providing a human experience to those in need.

I will share my most honest opinion of how things went for me here. I came to this clinic for a delicate time sensitive matters. The run a blood test that I needed for legal purposes. We discuss the deadline and they told me many times it would all be ok. I waited for the results days and days and the day of my important deadline they call me to say that they used the wrong vials for the blood test and lob corp could not use then, therefore I would have to take another. This costed me more money, delays, more legal fees and a lot of stress. Months after, I start getting different bills for tests they could not conduct. Do not go there, they dont know what they are doing and on top of that, they still go for your money when they do things incorrectly. They need to reconsider things.

I had the best experience today. I had an appointment at 4 but went in an hour early hoping they could take me. I literally waited for 15 minutes, the doctor was super fast and professional. I have new insurance and my normal pharmacy doesn’t take my new insurance. I called the clinic back and they called in my prescription to my new pharmacy right away! They were awesome about it!
