Amazing experience! I had a sore neck and Julie gave me the best neck and shoulder massage. She really knew how to help and eased the pain. I will definitely be back.

Daniel is fantastic at providing a prenatal massage that is safe and comfortable and still effective. Symmetry does a great job at accommodating by use of side pillows or bolsters. Highly recommend during pregnancy!

Excellent massage as usually! Kai was very attentive to preferences and identified tense muscles that I was unaware of and followed up with suggestions to mitigate that muscle group from continuing to tense up.

My boyfriend scheduled me a 90 min massage as a Christmas gift and I was extremely excited to try out Symmetry but unfortunately would not recommend. He called to schedule a deep tissue massage and spoke with the staff to ensure they scheduled the appt with someone skilled in deep tissue. TLDR: the massage was hardly any pressure at all let alone deep tissue.
I asked for more pressure at least 5 times (to which he provided barely more pressure for a few seconds) then reverted back to what could only be described as someone petting my skin with oil rather than a massage. I’m not sure you could even qualify that experience as a Swedish massage. On top of that the room was freezing (my feet and hands were ice cold by time I left) making the whole thing a wildly uncomfortable experience. I found out my bf paid $180 for that and I’m honestly beyond disappointed.

Brandy R is a great massage therapist! She really listened to what I was looking for and combined that with her extensive experience and knowledge for a lovely massage. Many therapists seem hesitant to work on necks (they're tricky!), but Brandy has some very effective techniques and a lot of experience working with torticollis which is exactly what I needed. Thanks, Brandy!
