If you’d like zero customer service, to be gaslight and scammed this is your spot 💀 pricing 45 g of Adapalene Gel at $238 is the actual definition of a scam when it is sold at $30 5 steps away over the counter. Willfull ignorance has no place here. The Oath of the Pharmacist is NOT being upheld at this pharmacy.

My only complaint is with the older lady with the weird haircut and no name tag. Today is july 1 2025 and she is wearing a brown shirt. 9:30 in the morning and shes serving attitude. She didn’t bother saying hello and when i said hello she ignored it and just said ‘last name’ idk who peed in her cheerios but that isnt my problem. Provide customer service to avoid negative reviews like mine. Everybody else I’ve encountered at the pharmacy is incredible. She is weighing them all down.

As an avid review-reader, but seldom a review-giver, I decided to write one after reading a few startling reviews left by patients about their experience at this Safeway Pharmacy. I definitely wont sit here and say that I enjoy going to any pharmacy, but if I had to go to one in Denver, I would choose this one each time. While I’m sure I haven’t encountered everyone who has worked here (though after living in the area for 8 years, fairly certain im close) every person I have talked to has been respectful and compassionate every single time. They are always helpful, are DECENT at answering the phone (I’ve tried to call several different Walgreens on several different occasions and am always 13th in line if i’m lucky — not here), and they do seem to care about their patients and their jobs. Yes, that should be the bare minimum, but most pharmacies do not seem to operate in this way. I once had a pharmacy (CVS) in Oceanside, CA essentially tell me “good luck” and hang up on me after I called them knocked that my insulin vial (something I need to take each day in order to live) broke and I had no replacements.. So, long story long : this pharmacy is a good pharmacy. Unfortunately, pharmacies make mistakes from time to time. It’s happened to me and it is frustrating and upsetting when it happens, but that’s life. And sometimes - guess what!- pharmacists have to take lunch breaks. To eat food. To be able to provide you with your medicines. Sorry folks! (Before anyone comes for me, no i’m not a pharmacist, I don’t work for safeway, don’t know anyone personally here … I’m just gal writing her honest opinion)
