This is the best pharmacy in NW Denver. Everyone is always so courteous; automatic refills are always ready 3 or more days before you actually need them; text reminders are clear but not so frequent as to become annoying. There's always someone to pick up the line if you call. I've tried Walgreens, CVS, King Soopers and Costco, and this one is by far the best!

Zero Stars! I went to Safeway because it was near my rental, but when I walked in i was shocked! The loud speakers were blasting a commercial about Vaccines for shingles. The list of contraindications was so long that It was offensive. I turned around after the commercial was over and headed to a different grocery.

Not a great experience. Made appointments on line to get vaccinations. We showed up on time and we were the only people waiting for a vaccination, waited 30 minutes. At which point we asked if we were still good to go? The tech's response after 30 minutes was it will be a few more minutes, if you'd like to wait patiently, great, but if you'd like to go somewhere else feel free to. So we did. Lesson learned. Wonder what the point of making appts is? Poor customer service all around these days, this was a great example of it.

As of now, it seems like they are hiring new people so maybe this will change (my most recent experience was pretty good) however, every other experience I've had has not been good. The techs are always rude and very clearly don't want to be there. They have no sense of customer service what-so-ever. The only reason i keep going to this one is because they seem to have less issues with stock than other places and it is the closest to my house. The females tend to be nicer than the males but the male techs are always so disgustingly rude. If you don't want to work in healthcare, get another job. YOU are choosing to do this as a career and customers shouldn't be punished because you hate your job.
