One of the worst pharmacies in the area, never answer phones and never have prescriptions ready - 0/10 would recommend to a friend

Refill says it will be ready in 2 days in app. 1 week later and 6 different calls and they still haven't filled the script. Not sure how this is legal.

Never answer the phone, long wait times, and by the grunts I hear while in line, or watching the employees accept doordash orders Small irritation here too; if you can't pick up the phone, how will I know my meds are ready even though they just got prescribed, if you even decided to fill it out for the day etc. Im not trying to be rude cause I know pharmacies are busy but idk, not answering the phones and accepting food orders in a controlled setting like a pharmacy seems weird I guess.

This pharmacy absolutely refuses to answer their telephone. I was attempting to have 2 prescriptions transferred here from Kaiser, and I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out the status. When I WAS able to speak to a person, she told me to call back the next day. They were having trouble getting in touch with Kaiser. I called Kaiser at the same number the pharmacy uses, and I was speaking to a human in 15 seconds. They are being dishonest, and they just are not calling Kaiser. I have never had this difficulty trying to get a script filled at a pharmacy. Completely dishonest and impossible to receive services. Avoid!!

Similar to what other are saying, this pharmacy used to be great. Alas, they must be understaffed or treating their employees bad because its just absurd. This is the second month in a row where I had to call at least 10 times to get anyone to answer the phone (my prescription requires this). Then even though they say they its in stock there is some issue and takes forever to fill. Until I finally get them on the phone again and magically its filled 5 minutes later. And apparently half the time it's because the computer system won't work. Safeway, fix your system. I will be trying to switch to a new pharmacy, and definitely not another safeway.
