I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a pharmacy, but when you’re forced to not take your medication and skip dosages, because your pharmacy tells you your prescription is ready, and then when you show up, “they’re out of it” or you have to “come back tomorrow”?? It’s ridiculous. Plus, the attitude of the staff is even more ridiculous. I work as a bartender and if I had this attitude I’d be jobless. How can you be a professional and treat people coming in for any health related concern this way?

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used…..worse than Walgreens which is pretty embarrassing. They NEVER fill a refill request until you show up to pick it up. I requested a refill on Friday morning and today (Monday), I called them EIGHT times to request they fill my prescription before I came in. Not once did anyone answer the phone and the mailbox wouldn’t accept messages. I finally went in and had to wait for them to fill it. I asked them how to have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy since they don’t answer their phones. I was told they answer as many calls as they can. I pointed out I had called eight times today. I was told they are short staffed….the same excuse I was given a month ago when having this prescription filled…..I gave them six days to fill it last month but they waited until I showed up. I am DONE with Safeway!! Switching to a pharmacy that actually cares!

Like many of the other reviewers - Dr called in script on Saturday. Can't call in to verify if the script is ready because they don't answer the phone. Went to pick up Monday and informed script wasn't ready yet due to "staffing shortage". Told it would be ready in an hour (which tells me they don't fill unless you come in). This is an AWFUL practice - Can't call in, don't fill when ready, expect customer to wait an hour (with no place to sit) or come back in. Will never use this pharmacy again.

One of the worst pharmacies in the area, never answer phones and never have prescriptions ready - 0/10 would recommend to a friend
