I had to transfer to this pharmacy due to the one I normally use closing down and I wanted to see if this one would be a good fit. It's not! Waiting 2-3 days for medications you need to start ASAP and still not having it ready when you arrive is a little ridiculous. I get being understaffed hell I work at a pharmacy myself that is understaffed and under a shutdown but we still make it work the last time I went people were having conversations and not working instead of tending to the customers needs, may need to go elsewhere for my meds

Never not once has it been a smooth experience. Missing prescriptions, being notified things were ready and being made to wait an hour, wrong quantities of pills in bottles, and the inability to process coupons that have blatantly worked in the past. Unfortunately at that point you are stuck because you need your prescription but having to pay 3x the normal amount is just awful.

I generally like the staff at this pharmacy. Very helpful and amenable.
Recently, a senior pharmacist eagerly encouraged me to get a Covid vaccine booster before international travel. Then, the student pharmacist took over the conversation and when he realized it was a second dose of last year’s vaccine, he refused. He wouldn’t explain why. The senior pharmacist didn’t chime in and the student wouldn’t consult with any other staff. I asked him on what grounds, what policy, what medical advice, was he refusing to give me a booster dose. He refused and just repeated I had already had it and it wasn’t updated. I said I was fully aware it wasn’t the new one and I still wanted what was in stock. I ran out of time before my trip and went elsewhere - they gave it to me with no hesitation, no questions. Train your student staff better please.
