I went to the pharmacy to get two vaccines. It was quick and relatively painless and right up the street from where I live. Very professional and friendly nurse

This pharmacy has really gone downhill in the last year or so. The staff is quite unprofessional - I once stood at the counter for five minutes waiting to pay for my prescription while two staff members argued with each other about one of them not taking their break appropriately. Not to mention there was a line of customers waiting behind me.
My husband and I often have issues with getting things filled and get different answers from different staff. Some of the problems are from manufacturers etc., but there just seems to be an increasing amount of disorganization at this pharmacy.
I called them today to check the status of a prescription that was sent in one week ago and remains pending. The pharmacist said “this is not a location that can sufficiently manage 700 patients”. They are understaffed. Will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this pharmacy. I was prescribed a cough medication (promethazine with codeine) for a lingering cough after an infection. When I came to Safeway to fill it, they only gave me a partial amount and told me to come back for the rest. Since I had to travel, I called ahead to see when the remainder would be in.
This is where the problems began. I was given conflicting information — one staff member said the medication was being worked on, another said they were out, and another couldn’t provide any timeline at all. Instead of giving me clear and honest answers, the pharmacy staff decided behind my back to cancel my prescription and even contacted my doctor labeling me as a “drug seeker.”
Not only was this unprofessional and damaging to my relationship with my doctor, but it was also misleading and dishonest. If they couldn’t fill my prescription, they should have told me directly instead of stringing me along and spreading misinformation.
Patients deserve clear communication and respect, not judgment or secretive behavior. I will not be trusting this location again and want others to be aware of how they handle prescriptions.

Horrible pharmacy. Incompetent staff that is too dense or simply doesn’t care about customer service. Had to go the pharmacy 3 times just for them to finally have prescription ready.
