  Meh… Not gonna lie, I do love Planned Parenthood and the resources they provide, but if you’re going to cancel same day and then not be able to see me in the same month, I have a right to be upset.

  Nicole was the best provider I’ve ever had! She was extremely informative, and thorough! She gave me all of the necessary information for my appointment, answered all my questions, made me feel super safe/comfortable, and even called to follow up! She is truly the best! Healthcare has turned into such a capitalist endeavor so having a provider who truly listens is a treat! Thank you Nicole!!!

  Clean, secure, and in a convenient location in CapHill. Friendly medical staff. There's services for males too, such as Prep & regularly scheduled testing. Check them out if you're interested in these health services.

  Unsafe practices by staff! I attempted to go to an appointment today and there was some crazy man outside slurring, muttering to himself and had a foot long string of foamy drool coming from his mouth. I warned the front desk person about it and they DGAF. A different desk person took their place and the man started trying to come into the clinic. I warned this new person that the man seemed unstable/unsafe and THEY LET HIM IN the tiny waiting room. He did not have an appointment or any business being there and was unintelligible asking for a lift and whatever else. I felt extremely unsafe sharing the small waiting room with that man and immediately left and had to abandon my appointment after he decided to sit down near me and continue drooling and talking to himself. I will never visit planned parenthood again if this is the kind of security they are providing for patients.

  Will provide HRT but they don't care about your results. After being on near max-dose HRT for 6 months, I told my provider that I wasn't seeing any results. She just shrugged, said some people didn't get results, then made fun of me for 'wanting acne'. When I asked for a referral to an endocrinologist so I could get more specialized care, she told me going would be a waste of my time because 'they can't do anything we can't' (blatantly untrue) then proceeded to give me a referral to somewhere that WASN'T an endocrinologist. These people do not care about your well being.
