- KSKeith and Dennis SwainJan 2, 20261.0I had an initial appointment with Mountain View Pain Center Lowry at 8:20 on January 2 and upon arriving at 8:20 was given a large stack of paperwork to complete. Completing paperwork for a doctor’s appointment is standard procedure and I usually am able to complete it prior to my appointment, but in this instance, I had missed both the email which they had sent on December 16 and a phone call they had left on New Year’s Eve. When I reviewed both after I had left the office, I noted that nither the email nor the phone call indicated that the paperwork had to be completed prior to meeting with a provider. In similar circumstances at more professional medical offices in those rare instances when I have not had an opportunity to complete all of the paperwork prior to my appointment, I have been given opportunity to complete the paperwork while waiting to see the provider or after my meeting. In this case, however, after I had made great progress on the stack of paperwork, one of the two receptionists abruptly announced that I had to reschedule my appointment. No apology. No willingness to accommodate my needs. No concern for how far I had traveled nor how difficult it would be for me to reschedule. The providers at Mountain View may be great, but the office staff’s communication skills and customer service stink.

Dr. Ricardo is an excellent chiropractor, and his assistants Olga and Kendra are wonderful. Dr. Melati provides exceptional acupuncture care, PA Audrey is compassionate and thorough, and the physical therapists are all fantastic. The level of care and professionalism from the entire team is truly appreciated. Highly recommend.
