I have especially appreciated their help with my dad’s long term care insurance. Nelly is my dad’s care giver and both my parents really like her. My dad looks forward to her coming over. - MMMary MorrowFeb 14, 20245.0The staff at Home Instead works hard to put in place a care team that fits well with my mom and her needs, Shannon works with me on scheduling and always gives me a heads up when she is working on a substitute to cover if one of Moms care givers will be out. She proactively schedules meet and greets so we have a pool of substitutes that mom has met and is good with. Neema is one of mom's care team members and has been with her for 2 years. She is wonderful and my mom loves her! Aissata is another one of moms care team members. Mom really enjoys her too. Mom says that they laugh a lot. Adet is newer to moms team. Mom says shes very nice. All three are kind, compassionate, and willing to help in whatever way mom needs. They check on her, spend time with her, and help her with various projects when mom has stuff she wants to do. Belinda is the last of moms regular care team. She runs mom to appointments and to pick up her prescriptions. They've been instrumental in helping my mom maintain some independence and be able to stay in her home.
