For the most part staff was friendly other than check in staff who was like a robot (no eye contact), talked over me and missed one of the 4 tests that I needed, which I had 2 wait in the waiting room for...again. I'd probably try too find another location next time.
- LRLyzbeth RomeroDec 13, 20252.0so I was going here like a year or so ago for a sprained shoulder that I need physical therapy for , and I had repeatedly mentioned pain and concerns to the physical therapist multiple times but he made me feel like I was being unreasonable or dramatic, another day he stretched me and I started having more pains after that. My work accommodation had ended before I fully got help and now I’ve found out that the entire time I had a bulging disk in my back that the physical therapist failed to help me realize , I feel like he should have noticed or been concerned that I was never getting any better !instead it felt as if he’d thought I was trying to get therapy for longer . Not only that but there’s no privacy in this place at all , if you’re someone who suffers with social anxiety and body dysmorphia I wouldn’t recommend having to come here as you’ll literally have to do your exercises infront of other injured people and whoever else they bring with them
