But considering I peed in a cup on Tuesday and it’s now Monday and we haven’t gotten results back, I still can’t work. Therefore you’re getting a low score. Please remedy the issue and I’d consider changing this rating.

The man behind the counter shouted at me when I arrived and was extremely rude about checking me in. 15 minutes after i arrived he made me fill out a new patient packet. Something ive had to fill out 3 separate times this year at the same office for the same injury. When i finished he told me to sit back down to wait my turn. I didnt get called back until 11am which was a full hour after my appointment time. I sat in the exam room another 45 minutes before the doctor came in to tell me there is nothing they can do for me.
