Jason's extensive expertise in physical therapy and the human body are self-evident and he has provided above and beyond physical therapy that is genuine, personable, professional, and yielding successful outcomes. Jason does an outstanding job of providing personalized physical therapy and attending to multiple patients at a time. I would highly recommend this location of Concentra Urgent Care for your medical and physical therapy needs.

- TTT'ylerDec 22, 20253.0I normally don’t complain about much. I realize that the nature of my work physical is complex and is run and contracted by multiple entities. It’s not fun for anyone. There is always a mountain of paperwork and it’s easy to forget something. This is exactly what happened, we forgot something. No big deal, I was called back in before I left the parking lot. What happened next is the most upsetting. I came back in to explain what I needed to do with the nurse and the horrible girl at the front desk tells me that they don’t do that part of the exam at this facility and that she can’t help me. She even turns her face away from me and ignores me as I begged her to get the nurse. Finally the nurse came up to the front to tell her what was going on. I received no apology immediately after, or when I left. There was ample opportunity. I don’t know what would drive this person to be so awful to someone they don’t know, but I wish this would have been different. I wish she would have taken the time to figure out what I needed instead of completely blowing me off and treating me like garbage. Most of the front desk staff were wonderful, patient, even bilingual. This girl was awful. I can only hope for your 1000 more patients that this is addressed and this person receives some training and counsel on how to treat patients in a more professional manner.
