I do not put 100% of the blame on the nurse, maybe it’s a problem with my health or something, but I just feel if the nurse wasn’t 99% confident that they found my vain then they shouldn’t have poked me with the needle in that arm.

The two girls at the counter were very impersonal and not very nice, they were not busy at all. Only after I went up to the counter twice did they even care that I had been there over an hour waiting. I explained I had to get back to the office and was told , everyone has things to do. Those two had nothing to do. One of them after my second visit to the counter finely got up and started to help me get my business taken care of, she had the disposition of an android. I really think people need to learn how to treat people.
