For some reason I didn’t fully trust that, so I went to Central Family Dentistry for another opinion because of their good reviews. They told me I had nine cavities. That didn’t feel right, so I went to a third dentist. That dentist found two cavities, confirmed them with X-rays, and I had two fillings done. There is clearly a huge difference in how Central Family Dentistry defines what a cavity is compared to other dentists. Being told I had nine cavities when only two actually required treatment feels extremely aggressive and misleading. On top of that, they later sent me a bill that they already knew I did not owe, which added unnecessary stress and frustration. I strongly recommend getting a second or third opinion before agreeing to treatment from this office.

Central Family Dentistry is woman-owned and operated, and the entire staff bring a level of professionalism and genuine compassion and care that I've never experienced at any other dental facility in my life. With Dr. Cook, I get the impression that we're on the same team. I've never once felt pressured into a decision, be it a crown or filling. Simply put, they're the best. Period.
