    I would not recommend Joe all the progress I have made it was destroyed. i found the therapist manner to be dismissive and unkind. The dry needling was painful without clear explanation. I am deciding if I should quit the practice and find other therapy practice or continue with Brook Who was knowledgeable and helpful

    Hi this is Saif AL Rawe I did went to the appointment on 07/17/2025 CACC. The appointment was useless same as the provider I had a problem with my left ankle which was anterior talofibular ligament. More simply my I got something stock and inflamed ligaments between the joints of the ankle. I went to my provider and did refer their for message therapy to relieve the pain and to be able to move normally again. I got to the appointment and meet the PT he did message my injured ankle for 3-5min than gave me useless workout that did nothing but increase the injury worse and pain. Completely waste of time and money

    Came for 4 months of therapy: first for hip replacement then for back issues. Can honestly say, the Lowry location was great and filled with caring staff from reception to therapist (Kiwa, Maddie and Isaac). They were everything one wants for rehab; great listening to my concerns and new issues, thoughtful in coming up with a treatment plan and utilizing my feedback for continued care. Recommend the staff and location for PT needs.
