- DADani ANov 7, 20251.0I would not recommend to anyone. $17,000 worth of procedures for absolutely no results that even the nurse said you can’t really tell at the 3 month checkup during the before and after photos. The photos were literally side by side and I had to see which one had the incision scars to know which was the after. I’d been told by Marci and one of the doctors over the virtual consultation that I was a great candidate. Day of surgery, after everything was in motion (which is a LOT to figure out logistically and get other people to help too!) completely different story. I specifically told my surgeon, Dr Zadoo, and the nurse to keep my waist to hip ratio and the surgeon assured me he would. Sure enough, he did not, a complete lie. After weeks of being in so much pain at night and not getting more than an hour of sleep at a time, little to no results. Nothing. At the required 3 months checkup I mentioned my discontent and asked about getting a refund. They told me they do not discuss refunds until the 6-month checkup. I waited the 3 additional months and I very clearly during my checkup mentioned how unhappy I was with the results. I zoomed in to the before and after photos, of the ratio that was not kept, the surgeon, Dr Zadoo (they’re contractors for Airsculpt) insisted he did not. Then they mentioned they do not handle refunds, that has to be taken to corporate. My surgeon said to please tell corporate to stop doing this, where they have non-surgeons (aka Marci, I believe the front desk person, or sales rep, not sure?) doing it. Clearly this is an ongoing issue. The manager, Sierra, gave me her contact info, I emailed corporate. They then switched up and went from they do not discuss refunds till 6 months, to they do not offer refunds at all and just apologized for the very intentional misleading words. I sent my befores and afters. Again, no results. They said the only thing they do are revisions, which my surgeon said I was ineligible for. I emailed back and forth for MONTHS with Brianna Sherman, the Director of Operations and also with Shawna Grant, the Regional Manager. After so much back and forth, I was told that the only other doctor, Dr Alsubaie, also agreed I am not eligible for a revision. Aka, their only solution. Brianna Sherman/DOP told me she’d reach out to the COO, Medical Director, and their legal team to determine what other options were available and the “review process takes 6-8 weeks”. At week 6, nothing. Week 8, I reached out the next day. Nothing. Week 9, nothing. Week 10, nothing. Week 11, FINALLY a response. And what is it?? A very generic and cold email, stating they denied my request for a refund. No other solution. I’ve been just wanting my money back since I got it. I wouldn’t even pay $100 for this procedure. No results. Curves which were one of the only parts I liked about my body, also decreased. Incision scars for the rest of my life. For $17,000? Absolutely not. This is THEFT. They offer Fiji water when you enter, seeming high-end and trustworthy, lying about being a great candidate, going on and on about the results (that you won’t get) - when it’s all a facade. Airsculpt stands by their nonexistent results, refusing to issue a refund to rectify their misleading marketing and lies. Do yourself and your wallet a favor. In the meantime, I’ll have to keep sharing my experience and find other avenues to rectify this because what they’re doing is unacceptable. I wish I could go back in time and have not done this. Absolutely terrible company, terrible results. I cannot believe these are their standards. My review is, stay far away.

From my consultation with Marci to surgery with Dr. Zadoo, Sarah, and Jennifer, the process was absolutely seamless and wonderful! I was a little nervous going into surgery, and Dr. Zadoo made sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. I'm now three months post-op, and let me tell you what: WOW. Dr. Zadoo and AirSculpt's ability to make the most out of fat transfers has truly been transformative for me.
