She asked for my birthday. once again. Then the tech. I was asked for my birthday, AGAIN? 🤔. She asked 3 times. I answered three times. The fourth time I handed her my ID. Then she tells me the prescription was not ready for pick up. I said I received a text from city market pharmacy stating that the prescription was ready for pick up. So go pick it up. YOU,.... Tell me how would you rate this service. What would be a fair review? Im so baffled at the state of the affairs. 💃💃thank you.
- JCJanet ClawsonApr 14, 20253.0My pharmacy 34 years. The pharmacists are nice and understaffed and overwhelmed. I know they are doing the best they can, but there are problems. My prescriptions often not ready when told it will be ready. I run out and am without my prescription for days. This is a rural community and it is often a long drive into Delta and it is inconvenient to drive in just for a prescription only to be told it won't be ready again. 30 years ago, I renewed often 10-14 days early due to time delays and shipping up from Denver. Now is a automatic renewal system and it seems to be worse.

I have very complex medical conditions and they have kept me safe and always dispensed my medication, considering my specific health conditions. They have a wide variety of medication in stock and what they don't have, they usually have it by noon the next day. The pharmacist I am in contact most is Carter and he is both kind and brilliant...I hope that the company compensates him appropriately in order to retain such a valuable asset. The techs are amazing and knowledgeable. They know about medication, they aren't just pill counters. It has to suck counting thousands of pills a day and not a single mistake is allowed. Have you seen propranolol 10mg pill? It's half the size of a grain of rice! If you are looking for a pharmacy, this is it.
