I am so disappointed. I’ve been this office a few times and have not had problems before, however I have two complaints regarding my most recent visit: my Rx was not called in, so I had to wait an extra day for my antibiotic; and 8 days after giving a urine sample, I received a phone call stating they lost my specimen - I was told they may have thrown it away.
I am extreme my disappointed and do not feel this is health “care,” it is negligent and could be costing me my health.

Went in for some complications I thought I was having from my birth control, the nurse told me I was stressed and sent me home. A couple months later the problems are not gone so I go to a different doc and find out my "stress" was actually 3 bacterial infections!! I will never go back here again!
