- WSWizard SQWRLNov 12, 20251.0There are much better physical therapy places in Reunion area than this one. The receptionist is rude. Their cancellation policy is one of the most ridiculous policies. If your appointment is on Monday afternoon don’t wait until first thing when they open Monday morning to call and cancel because even though they are closed on the weekend and you can’t call a day ahead if you’re sick to cancel they expect you to call and leave a voicemail that will be timestamps. They won’t even check the voicemail until Monday morning anyway when they open so what is the difference? Anyways this place must live on $40 cancellation fees because the amount of times they reminded us even though I asked to talk to their manager to explain how ridiculous this policy was didn’t matter. Also the subtle racism and rudeness my wife experienced was enough to leave this place. The only reason this place deserves even one star is because of the one or two physical therapist that are okay there.

The therapy was hard sometimes however the results perfect. Thanks to Justin and Lexi for pushing me to the healing needed! I would definitely recommend them for you physical therapy needs. Even the other therapist were friendly. A great bunch to work with.

Ari is my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. She is smart, cares about her patients, and always goes the extra mile. If you are looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist with a compassionate heart, then Ari is who I recommend. Katelyn at the front desk has also been a big help with resolving my insurance issues to make sure all of my visits were authorized and covered. 5 stars for Ari, Kayla and the whole CACC team.
