Kristin and the office staff were incredibly helpful—they reminded me of the appointment and worked with me to reschedule when we had a conflict. On the day of the appointments, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Porter took the time to explain the procedures for both of my kids and made sure I felt informed and comfortable, asking multiple times if I had any questions. I highly recommend Brightstar for their excellent care and outstanding customer service!
