$170 for a COVID test. I asked prior to getting it how much it would cost and was told they didn't know. Completely absurd. Update: I called like they asked. I just got swapped to different departments. Nobody would talk to me and then I was just hung up on. I finally got ahold of someone and was told they had no idea why I was calling in. So basically just another giant waste of time. Also option 3 is not a valid option as there are a minimum of 3 levels you have to get through.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. All employees are new and training. Came in very sick on a Saturday with a fever, congestion and other flu like symptoms and was told it’s a virus since I tested negative for flu and they didnt test for anything else. I asked if they could check me for a sinus infection. I was told by the PA that sinus infections are only viral and they couldn’t give me anything for it. Then I came back 2 days later with worsened symptoms such as severe sinus pain and signs of infection, a fever over 100 and yellow/green mucus and the training NP said I had to wait until I had symptoms for 10 days until I could get an rx for an antibiotic. She also said I could go somewhere else that gives out antibiotics like candy if I wanted one quicker. Even if this is a new policy, this was very condescending and unnecessary considering I was genuinely concerned for my health and then being treated like I was med-seeking. No-one wants to take antibiotics for fun or if they dont need to. I was basically told I needed to come back in a few days for a 3rd visit or I can leave. If you’re looking for quality care and good bedside manner I advise going somewhere else. Very rude and disappointing care. Don’t waste your time and money.

Cheapest provider in town and you get what you pay for. Paris the NP was super condescending and barely even listened to my symptoms. Had her mind made up about my issues before she even talked with me. Definitely never coming back here. Front desk girl was nice though.

It was not a smooth process, but the lady there was very nice. Don’t walk in, make an appointment.
