My mom was seen several weeks ago, and when asked about her surgical history, she let them know she had, had her teeth pulled and now has anchored dentures. To which the NP said "oh meth mouth huh?" Somewhat shocked my mom asked "what?" And the lady REPEATED it! Not the case for my mom, but even so, how DARE this woman! I've been in health care for 13 years and would never even think about saying this to a patient. Also, this lady was smacking gum under her mask while seeing my mom, not a big deal comparatively, but also very unprofessional.

My issues were not resolved and I was pushed out the door without a second thought. Imagine my anger when I received another bill in the mail. For what? Seemingly for nothing. They will lie to you and not help you, do not go here.

We’ve gone for same-day exams for things like rashes, strep tests, etc. Today, we scheduled for our whole family to get flu shots. Candace went above and beyond with her patience and understanding for my 6-year old, who is terrified of needles. Thank you to Candace and the person at check-in for all your help!
