Had to call around Safeways, trying to find a location that had my medication in stock as my current location is on backorder until November. The person on the phone seemed bothered I called, didn't even ask for my info to look me up in the system, and instead told me to look outside the chain because even if they had some in stock they would not fill my prescription as they "had their own people to take care of".

After waiting a few hours, we were told by the pharmacy if they could get it ready before their lunch, it would be by 1:30, but if not, they would definitely contact us after 2 and before they close at 5. It's 5:25 and they never got his prescription. This has set his recovery back and our working hours are during pharmacy open hours so it will be extremely difficult to get his medicine any time soon. Very angry and frustrated that they completely dropped the ball on us.
