- GDGregory DiggsOct 27, 20251.0The most horrific pharmacist I had to ever deal with.She will not give me my prescription because she don't think prescription is for my diagnosis and it is, anyone with any common sense especially a pharmacist would know that!!!! Just look on line!!!! She is not my doctor she is not my insurance company i have been geeting the same prescription filled for the last 2 years with no problems, She lied and said that she sent documents over to my doctor and she didn't she told me to go to another pharmacy. Then, when my doctor tried to get ahold of her, she said she is not going to refill my prescriptions Anymore just because I spoke and said it was wrong... horrific, and I've been shopping there safely for over 20 years. And this is how a continuous customer gets repaid., she needs to be removed from being a pharmacist. Horrible She just cannot take people off their medications because she is a power tripping self absorbed rude lady!!!! Do not go to this pharmacy, well @ least well she works there, so I had to go to a new pharmacy because of her!!!!! She should have her license ripped from her!!!!! I gotta hold a corporate hopefully.I will or something soon.Then, i'm going to the pharmaceutical board!!!! And all she will do is be little her customers!!!! I'm still in awww over her!!!! It's disgusting how anybody like her can been a pharmacist!!!!!UPDATE WENT TO ANOTHER PHARMACY AND THEY HAD NO PRONLEM GIVEN ME MY PRESCRIPTION WITH THE SAME PRESCRIPTION THAT SHE SAID SHE WON'T ACCEPT!!!!! SO GOES TO SHOW HOW SHE'S STUCK ON A HIGH HORSE. AND OBVIOUSLY SHE DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED.!!!!!

I've called since 9:00 am when they open on a Saturday, and 2:00 pm and I can not reach anyone, and I have zero option to leave a message. I needed a prescription filled today. There has been absolutely no update, and this is not a prescription you can go without. I will not forget thos at all. If there is NO WAY to even reach the pharmacy, you should not mark my prescription as "expected to be ready on the same day" and it's half an hour before close. I should have just transferred the prescription to another pharmacy for ffs. This is abhorrent.

New pharmacist is absolutely horrendous. Ive been on the same medication for months and never had an issue until today. She decided she didn't want to fill my script any longer because she doesnt feel like it. Amazing to me that they can decide my needs. Extremely rude and unprofessional mind you ive been calling for over two weeks to make sure there would not be any issues and now im out of my medication and need to find a new pharmacy. If they are doing it to me I can only imagine the amount of people she will be no longer filling their scripts. Good luck to the customers and this wont end here im taking it as far as I can. I have contacted the Colorado Board of Pharmacy to file my complaint, an automated answer to my review does not do anything to help it is just meaningless verbiage towards a pharmacist who is on a moral high horse she thinks she is riding. I tried the contact us like the owner said to do and it was pointless. To add more issues the new pharmacy is out of stock for the medication I need for the 4 blood clots in my brain that apparently is not serious enough to need the medicine she felt was not needed to fill. So still out of my medication and dont dare try and call because she will hang up on you mid sentence. I will fight this with the board to the fullest.
