My prescriptions are always filled on time, and they always answer the phone, and patiently answer my questions. They've gone above and beyond for me multiple times. I've been going through so much health wise so having people like this I know I can count on who are reliable and helpful is such a huge weight off my shoulders . To not have to worry about them judging me, being hard to get a hold of, or not filling my prescriptions on time, or being rude to me is so significant. I wouldn't necessarily describe them as overly friendly all the time but I think that's reasonable and relatable. they're wonderful in all the ways that are important. They're genuinely compassionate and patient even though I can be a handful. I feel very thankful to be able to rely on these guys as my pharmacy and recommend them for anyone experiencing less at their current pharmacy
- MMM McJun 1, 20251.0Husband was at urgent this morning. Doctor sent meds in and said, should be ready around noon. Drove there was told not ready and they were going into some kind of training. Oh and then going to lunch. Meds would be ready at 200. Got three texts starting at 100 pm saying his meds are ready. How is that possible? With staff going into trading the closing for lunch. Some of the staff are really nice BUT others are rude and uncaring. I understand working with the public is not easy, but at least act like you like your job.
