Plenty of tanning beds Plenty of massage beds Great staff Most importantly your employee Swift!! This guy has upper management written all over him. He’s friendly, helpful, cheery, accommodating, positive and looks to be awesome with his teammates! Also it’s crazy how many regulars regularly converse with him on a first name basis. Keep up the good work Swift, you are one heck of an employee! Promotion needed. P.S I’m the guy that always was going nuts on the stair climber! Take care Colorado Springs.
- JMJona MartinezNov 20, 20251.0The gyms great and all but I’ve been going to this place for atleast 2 months now and I go between 1am-4am and the dude in the front NEVER acknowledges me including when I leave. But if someone comes in after me, they are greeted. When I leave he tells the person in front of me or in back of me usually about 10 yards back or front they get a “Have a great rest of your day“ but what do I get? Silence. 2 months practically every single day is considered a regular. That’s how you guys treat your regulars? I don’t get paid to greet y’all, yall do. And having the scanner all the way to the left but checking the screen on the far right to see if our membership is fine is weird… what happen to the scanner to the far right? You make us go all the way to the left for what? I’m just gonna start passing it up or handing you all my phone so you all can walk out of your way to scan it. This is the only time of day where you get weird vibes, 6am and on the people are beyond welcoming but I’m not changing the times I go because of a sour employee. I’m just going to start calling things out.

Fayth is such a ray of sunshine every single time I see her and goes the extra mile. Eric is very kind and generous with a welcoming smile and awesome service.
