I purchased my contact lens. Sarah, the manager was professional and courteous. I was just going to buy 6 months but Sarah offered a suggestion that made it economical to purchase the entire 12 months. She was excellent to work with. This location is very organized and clean.

Had an awesome experience at the LensCrafters at First & Main. Lauren helped us and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the science and process behind how glasses are made. The store itself is super nice, new, and really clean. I’d pick this location over the one in Chapel Hills Mall every time. 11/10 would buy again.

I originally had my eye exam done with another eye doctor, but found their glasses and lenses to be a bit more expensive than most. I decided to visit LensCrafters because my eye insurance offered discounts — and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and immediately felt welcome. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made the entire experience comfortable and helped me feel confident in my choices. I ended up purchasing a pair of lenses and frames, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
