  Ive been coming here as long as I can remember, 45+ years, and I have never had an issue until King Soopers put Karime Erazo (Kristine) (license#36194680-waiting for verification) as their pharmacist. She is disrespectful and always refuses to fill most of my 20+ medications. Even on auto refill she will put my meds back in my cart. Over the last month, Ive had to call on 17 days to complain about her not filling my meds. She always has some unnecessary things to say when you finally get your med filled. I already have a mother, and I'm probably older than you. I dont need your opinion on what my Dr's and I are doing for my health care. Ive been on most these meds for over 5 years and know what I need to do. I finally had enough and spoke to the store manager who passed my information to her pharmacy boss. He avoided me for 2 weeks until I showed up at the pharmacy to take pictures of her name and license # that they refused to give, breaking Colorado laws. All he did was offer excuses and really rude for being in that position. Being a pharmacist, you must have compassion and empathy to human beings. You are in a career to help and understand patients, not make it harder on people with disabilities to get their meds. I will be filing a complaint with DORA and the Board of Pharmacy. I am actually transferring all my medications to Walgreens now because of the undue stress she has caused. Don't get me started about the lack of employees to bag your groceries when spending over $700. We all know we got to watch the prices being rang up because they have been caught in the past of marking sales tags that dont ring up at the register. Way to go KS. You made Kroger trash.

  Always crowded, reeks of pot 24/7, getting in and out of parking lot is a disaster, such a small store that most digital download deals are gone on day one, produce is lacking in quality, they are short staffed, carts are almost always empty inside so make sure to bring one in from parking lot if you need one to shop,. Only come here if I have to and cuss its closest one to home. However it's got so much good against it that my family drives further to a different kings.

  Have used this pharmacy for many, many years. I recently had a problem with a prescription for a surgery I had just had. When I called with the problem the employee just kept saying I couldn't refill it til next week. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was a put on hold and one never came nor called me back. After all these years I will be changing pharmacies. This has nothing to do with the store. Just the pharmacy.
