- JLJoseph LawsonOct 31, 20251.0I have been shopping at Austin Bluffs Pkwy, King Soopers in Colorado Springs, Colorado for awhile. As far, as the grocery store side, customer service is fast and the store is very clean. HOWEVER, the pharmacy at this store is absolutely horrendous!. The pharmacy staff always seems rushed and not polite at all. As a pharmacy customer I felt like a obligation and not a human being that needed my prescription for my health. The other day I had a prescription that was sent over from my doctors office. I recieved the text alert that it was ready for pickup the next day. I went the next day to give the pharmacy staff plenty of time to fill it. Showed up to the pharmacy to be informed that it was going to take a additional "10 to 15 minutes". The exact comment that was stated to me was "well you know we get behind" I felt lied to and thought to myself how come it cant be filled within a day? I felt that was more than enough time to confirm and pour pills into a bottle. Overall, if you want horrible customer service, wait long periods of time, lack of communication and a general feeling of being less than a person go to the pharmacy at Austin Bluffs parkway in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Originally Safeway transferred my prescriptions to the Safeway on Austin Bluffs and Dublin and that was the worst pharmacist I have ever met. I quickly had my doctor transfer my prescriptions to king soopers on Austin Bluffs and was met with kindness and efficiency. Every staff member whether over the phone or in person has been so courteous and helpful and most importantly of all I have not felt judged. This is a great choice for a pharmacy in this area!
- DDDanielJul 11, 20182.0I went and dropped off a medication where she said it would take 30 minutes, so I sat down in the waiting area where I then waited 30 min. Since it was a longer wait I went up to ask what was happening and then the lady asked for my DOB which should have been done earlier but she didnt care to politely come get me to do it sooner. I waited maybe a total of 50 minutes and when I asked a question of the medication she couldnt answer and asked another worker. Felt like I was last priority maybe I dont know how they run it exactly but as my first experience it wasn't as professional or polite as I thought it would be, especially under the courtesy of another persons health
