    How does it make sense to tell someone they’ve been told “multiple times” that they will no longer be filling the prescription but then FILL the prescription monthly? No issues. Never was told that the prescription couldn’t be filled. If it was stated, we could have simply gone elsewhere. Also to say “there’s a note in here from 2024 saying you were told” Sir, it is now, the END of 2025… whyyyyy were you filling it for that long if it was an issue?! Make it make sense.

    Was told prescription would be ready I'm 30 min. Show up and hour and a half later and it would be done in 5 minutes. Come back in ten minutes and still not ready. Now I continue to wait. Freaking ridiculous.

    I’ve had several prescriptions filled at this pharmacy and have had positive experiences. The staff works really hard to offer good service. I’m impressed with their professionalism. I’m happy to give them my business. In January my insurance stopped using KS so when I have an rx that needs filling right away and the pharmacy at the Air Force base is closed I come here. They use discount cards to make my prescriptions affordable. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff is.

    I've generally had positive experiences aside from the occasional long lines. Today I received a text message that my prescriptions were ready at 12:20. Walked in a little after 1. The gate was open. They told me they couldn't help me because they were closed for lunch. There were 3 people behind the counter. Why can't they stagger their lunches so that they can stay open?
