I moved this past year right across the street from this King Soopers pharmacy. I was very happy, because I could even take a walk there to get my prescriptions if I wanted to.
It's been a TOTAL mess since I started with them! I guess I kept giving them chance after chance, because of the extremely convenient location to me.
Well...today, I will be looking for another pharmacy! I've completely now, had it.
The staff are either snotty when you ask a simple question, or just down right rude!
I am 62 years old. I'm not a child, and do not need to be treated like one. All I did yesterday was, (I was in the store shopping), when my prescription might be ready, (emergency prescription), and if and when I could get a flu shot.
I was unaware of what time it was. (They close for lunch, every day). I just came back from a biopsy procedure and just didn't look at my watch.
The tech rudely said, "well...NOT NOW"! "We're going to lunch". I capitalized her words, because they were that rude! I then kindly asked if she knew about what time. Got the SAME rude answer! "NOT NOW"! (That's wasn't what I asked. So then, once again, I kindly asked what was the procedure for a flu shot and did I have to schedule an appointment? Again..."not now"!
Again...that's not what I asked.
So, I just nicely said, "never mind about the flu shot, I'll get it at another place.
Got home. Received a text later saying, "RX received, but not ready"...something to that effect. Had a link to check "status ". Clicked on the link and a window popped up and it said, "thank you for picking up your prescription "!!!!
I never picked it up!
So...called the pharmacy. Spoke to two people, before being transferred to a pharmacist because no one knew why it said that.
Here....the tech prior that day, that I said never mind about the flu shot, CANCELED my prescription too!
I never said to cancel my prescription!
All in all...rudeness consistently, poor communication, not well knowledgeable, so, I'M DONE.
I gave them chance after chance. And it's right across from my apartment.
Now, I have to go through the process of finding a new pharmacy and transferring prescriptions etc.
But...I would drive to Jamaica to get my prescriptions going forth, rather than getting them at this pharmacy.
So sad.....

If I could give them a zero I would. I had a procedure done that is very painful and my surgeon sent in my pain medication in between six and seven this morning. I understand that they do not open until nine. By 130 this afternoon my pain medication was still not filled and they could not tell my daughter when it would be ready. So I would have to wait until after 7 tonight to get my pain medication because my daughter does not get off until then. I called the pharmacy to speak with the pharmacist and he informed me that I had multiple people in front of me and that I would just have to wait. I explained that I am in pain and cannot wait until this evening. He started yelling at me stating that there are other people in front me and that I was just going to have to wait. I called the doctors office of my surgeon and told them what happened and they called the pharmacy. The tech told them that I was next in line which is different than what the pharmacist told me. She was rude with my doctor’s office and she told my doctor’s office that the pharmacist did not yell at me. My doctor’s office told them that they believe that he did because he had done this before. My doctor’s office told them that they would be reporting them. A few minutes later the tech from the pharmacy called me and got nasty with me on the phone stating “I am sorry I guess we can’t fill your prescription in a timely manner and that they will be sending it to a different pharmacy.” Within ten or 20 minutes from the time they called me the other pharmacy had my prescription ready. That is the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. And from the reviews I am not the only person that has had issues with them. They had me panicked and crying on the phone. I told them that they have the worst customer service and she just continued being nasty. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They are horrible and my doctors office has had a lot of issues with them in the past. I normally recommend the king soopers on constitution they have always been amazing to me. The only reason I went through the Stetson Hills Blvd pharmacy is because it was closer to my home. From now on I will pay the extra in gas to go to the constitution Ave one. Never again!!

Literally the most un-friendly pharmacy staff I’ve ever dealt with. The only nice person I’ve talked with is Rachel.

I have been sending my prescription here for over two years. And yet, they never have my medication in stock. I go weeks without my medication, which ultimately puts me in a pretty scary situation every three months. I have never witnessed such carelessness in my life. Save yourself the grief and pain, send your medication elsewhere.. these people do not care about anyone’s wellbeing.
