The staff, coworkers, and family of the clients strive eagerly to maintain dignity, integrity, and comfort during, what could be, a very difficult transition in a seniors life. Training is kept as a high priority and careful administration of medical needs are met with diligence. All resources are available at a 95 % success rate. There have been only a few times where needs have been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. I find the care plans to fully encompass the clients independent care and when it's not Rachel is prompt to adjust the plan and inform us all. Of the challenges such as travel, pay, and new care administration's I have been able to grow and become better adapt to the environment and care of the client. I put their needs first knowing that my presence can mean all the world to the client. Communication has been a challenge and the way I resolve that is by listening instead of talking. As a company working with staff, coworkers, family, and clients, the energy and care we all put in to communicating the independent needs of the client, is our top priority. All in all a great working environment and a company i recommend.
