- AAAnnieJul 16, 20192.0I went in to return a product that alwas not working for me. I have a rewards profile and because they could not find the purchase they said could only refund for credit $5 even though I paid $15 for it. This is unacceptable. Not only is it a GNC product, but I purchased it under my rewards profile so that their sytem had record of the purchase. The manager even went as far as to low-key accuse me of purchasing longer ago than what I had said stating that "People tend to leave supplements in their cabinets and forget about them." Its not appropriate to generalize your customers as forgetful or lying.
