I just came back to the practice and see PA Grace now, who is somewhat new to the practice. She exceeds expectations, is so kind, sees the big picture, and is proactive about recognizing even the smallest things that might be negatively impacting your health. Also, the lab tech who contracts in house is also incredibly detailed in her phlebotomy practice — I didn’t even feel the blood draw. And lastly the front desk staff is flexible, helpful and friendly! Seems like they have a lot of insurance flexibility as well. Dynamic Family Medicine is 10/10!

I would try finding somewhere else who appreciates the clientele understanding we don’t go to the doctors for fun …i call about three times a day with no returned call and sometimes when they answer ( VERY RARELY) they promise a call back which i do not receive
