  I have nothing but praise for this care team! They have helped me from the darkest times to achieving peace. They actually listen and come up with a plan with you. Love you all so much!

  This was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I’ve had. Kayla Previdi appeared dismissive and disengaged during my visit, showing little interest in my concerns or overall well-being. When I mentioned that a particular medication had been effective for me in the past, she immediately dismissed it, stating that she does not prescribe it. When I asked for clarification, her only response was, ‘Because I don’t, you can go somewhere else.’ In my view, this demonstrated a lack of willingness to listen, explore alternatives, or address the root cause of my condition. Healthcare professionals should prioritize patient care and open communication, and I did not feel that was the case here.

  Google says they close at 7:00 but yet they close at 4:00. They need to update their times or figure it out. I'm trying to look for a psychiatrist for my brother and I've been recommended to this place but yet Google says another thing compared to what they say on the phone. I'm giving this a one-star review for now

  I first saw Renae a few years ago in the midst of a mental health crisis. She treated me with compassion and warmth, she validated my experiences and how I was feeling. She worked incredibly hard to find the right medication for me and then worked even harder when insurance was being quite difficult. Every appointment I had with her, I left feeling informed and hopeful and, most importantly, not alone. I have since moved out of the area and am back on the hunt for a new provider. I lucked out in finding Renae, I'm learning that providers like her are few and far between. Thank you, Renae, for helping me turn my life around. Also shout out to Melodee. She is always on top of it when I call. She has the answer to every question and is incredibly speedy with sending my records over to new places. All in all this practice is wonderful, life saving. I wish I could move you guys to Texas!

  We have had nothing but positive experiences at Summit. It is easy to schedule, change, and keep appointments. Our provider (Previdi) is knowledgeable, consistent, and we trust her as a member of our family’s mental health team.
