We saw dr Johnson, who was very compassionate. I was super sick, but all the tests came back negative. But he i prescribed l the meds I needed to get back on my feet and feeling better. I'm very appreciative and thankful for Dr. Johnson. The nurse assistant was also very sweet and competent. Would recommend.

When I returned to clarify, they called the company that was about to hire me without my consent, which led to my job offer being revoked. I’m 22 years old and this was only my second time ever taking a urine test. I went in, had a good conversation with the woman collecting the sample, and followed every instruction she gave me I emptied my pockets, locked my belongings, and handed her the key. She then smiled and told me to fill the cup to the line, which I did with no problem. When I got home and reviewed my paperwork, I was shocked to see that in the remarks section it says “refused to take off hat.” I was never asked to remove my hat. If I had been, I would’ve done it right away. I didn’t even know that was part of the process. Note: The first time I ever took a urine test was also at this same Concentra location, with the same staff member, and I wore the same outfit I normally wear for interviews including a hat. That first test’s paperwork did not include any remark like this, which makes this even more confusing. This might seem small, but it’s not something like that written on a drug test record could affect someone’s job opportunity. It’s extremely important that staff document things accurately, especially when people’s livelihoods depend on it. If this isn’t corrected, I’ll be reporting it and escalating it legally because it’s simply wrong to write false information on official paperwork.
