I think I was there 30 minutes or less. I called ahead and she texted me a link to sign in ahead of time to expedite the process before I got there.

I then was called back where the nurse forgot a dip test the urine before she closed (locked) the cap. She then asked if I could "push a little out". Of course that wasn't an option at that time. I ended up being there for almost 2 hours for a 30 minute test. I know it was a mistake but asking me every 5 minute, as I was the problem, became a problem.

When I arrived at 4:30 the receptionist was upset I had not called in and worried about who was going to close. Ultimately I was seen and treated well but I feel their phone system is misleading and needs to be changed to ensure patients don't receive a hard time at the front desk.
