- BMBarbara MifflinJul 9, 20241.0I have had some really bad experiences with the south office. Scheduler is rude. Called last Friday to cancel an appointment I had for Monday. Was told she didn’t have time to check messages. Also was told I’d have to wait until the 3rd week in August. This is a 5 min appointment to get a referral to my eye surgeon for cataract surgery. I cannot wait over a month for a referral for surgery. They tried to tell me my son hadn’t been there in 2 1/2 yrs. He had scripts filled a year ago with refills for a year. If you are I’ll it takes at least a week or more to be seen. I think it’s time to find a new doctor. My whole family is changing.
