My journey with CACC Physical Therapy, Colorado Springs North started after a referral from USAFA. I had significant rotator cuff tears, three ligaments were torn, and the fourth was barely attached, so after surgery I knew recovery would take real work, but I wasn’t sure what kind of provider experience I’d have.
From the beginning, the level of care I’ve received from Rush and the staff, especially Kate, has made a noticeable difference in both the speed of my recovery and the strength I’ve regained in a surprisingly short amount of time.
What stands out most is how attentively Rush listens. The treatment plan was clearly well developed and grounded in real expertise, but the best part is how personalized it has been. Rush consistently listened to my concerns, adjusted my plan based on where I felt discomfort, and also pushed me, at the right times, when I needed the right kind of challenge to heal properly.
As a former Div. I college athlete, and a member of a USA National Team, I really appreciate how Rush took the science and kinesiology behind the therapy process and explained it in terms that made sense to me. The exercises and treatment were challenging but attainable, and I always felt supported and encouraged during every visit.
The atmosphere at CACC North is also a huge plus. It’s welcoming, the playlist is always on point, the other patients are friendly, and there’s a collective sense of encouragement throughout the clinic. It honestly feels like a team environment, everyone working toward progress.
This is the best PT facility I’ve ever been to, and I only wish I’d had this level of professional care during my competitive days. I can confidently say my post surgery recovery has been greatly improved because of Rush and his team at CACC North.
If you’re looking in the Colorado Springs community for physical therapy that’s competent, caring, and effective, with a fun and motivating atmosphere, I highly recommend CACC Physical Therapy, North.
Bravo, and thank you CACC North!

I’ve tried several different physical therapy offices in town and this is the only one that has helped me. My pain is better and they’re treating the source of the issue. The whole staff is great!
Nice friendly staff both my parents go here and compared to other places they come back felling wayyyy better afterwards.

I’ve been going to CACC Physical Therapy – Colorado Springs North for just over a month now.
I started PT at CACC due to several injuries I sustained in a serious car accident back in September. I suffered a minor concussion with significant head pain, an exacerbation of my multiple sclerosis symptoms, and ongoing neck pain and mobility issues.
To be honest, I was one of those non-believers. I truly thought, “Fat chance PT is going to make any real difference.”
I imagined being strapped up with electrodes and zapped over and over again — no thanks!
Thankfully, after my wife convinced me to at least give physical therapy a shot, I quickly learned that my assumptions were completely wrong — at least at CACC.
My first interaction was with Katie, the receptionist, who is absolutely terrific. She is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Katie worked diligently around my already busy schedule and got me in quickly. She always made it clear that if I ever needed to make changes or needed help with anything, all I had to do was reach out.
Then there’s Rush, my physical therapist.
From my very first visit (which lasted a full hour), Rush listened — a quality that is rarely found in any type of medical professional these days. He asked thoughtful questions about every symptom I was experiencing and gave me the time and space to explain, fully and without being rushed, how I was feeling and what I was dealing with.
During that initial session, he took detailed notes as I spoke. Watching him do this gave me a strong impression that he genuinely cared about what I had to say — and that impression turned out to be absolutely correct.
Once my therapy sessions began, it was clear how well-planned everything was. The first couple of sessions were intentionally slow and cautious, and each visit after that thoughtfully built upon the previous one.
The results have honestly been incredible. After just over a month of physical therapy, I have significantly less pain throughout my body and have regained full range of motion in my neck.
I’ll be continuing my therapy at CACC for at least a few more weeks, and something I never thought I’d say is this: I actually look forward to each session.
Life is good — and I’m extremely grateful to the team at CACC.
