  I waited 4 HOURS for a DOT physical. If you are a company needing your driver's to update or obtain a DOT physical. This is not the place. When you ask the front desk how much longer, you are met with very rude answers.

  Concentra should be ashamed of the level of “care” they provide. What happened to us wasn’t a simple oversight — it was reckless, lazy, and downright dangerous. My boyfriend went in with a clearly serious knee injury, and the provider didn’t bother to look at half of his symptoms. She didn’t check mobility, didn’t assess nerve involvement, and didn’t even ask basic diagnostic questions. She didn’t even check whether he could move his toes — which he can’t. That alone should have been a massive red flag pointing to something far more severe than a “sprain.” But instead of doing her job, she slapped a “sprained knee” label on it, refused to consider any other possible injuries, and acted like we were wasting her time. She didn’t offer imaging further than an x-ray (even after told multiple times it felt deeper than bone and felt like tendon or ligament related) didn’t offer alternatives, didn’t even mention the possibility of a meniscus injury. Then, to make it worse, Concentra prematurely closed the Workmen’s Comp claim and told him he could return to work the very next day with no restrictions. No restrictions — on an injury so bad he couldn’t even move his toes. We trusted our instincts, went somewhere else, and SURPRISE — the second-opinion provider immediately recognized what Concentra could not be bothered to see: His meniscus is torn and he needs SURGERY. This wasn’t a simple mistake. This was a dangerous, dismissive, corner-cutting approach that could have caused permanent damage. Their priority was clearly closing the case quickly, not protecting a patient’s health. Not to mention, when called to get a copy of his own records, they flat out refused to send them to him or the orthopedic surgeon when asked. Stated the orthopedic surgeon had to request it, when they tried they were denied. This further shows the lack of professionalism and care provided. If you care about your safety, do NOT trust Concentra with your health or your Workmen’s Comp case. Their negligence put my boyfriend at serious risk, and their incompetence speaks for itself.

  Is zero stars possible? Have never had a good interaction with anyone at concentra. Avoid at all costs they will waste your time. Show up for a physical after getting off work early told it’s a two hour wait (there was one person ahead of me) and then they can’t do the entire thing because someone is not there today and have to come back tomorrow to finish. And no appointments, first come first serve. So how much time do u get to waste on attempt #3? Your guess is better than there because they sure don’t care.
