- KKKayNov 15, 20251.0The doctor was nice but that was about it. The receptionist i called was rude and made comments how they dont usually DO urgent care, They focus on occupational health. YOURE LITERALLY AN URGENT CARE. The nurse screwed up both my test results and kept saying i could come back to redo it and was too afraid to do my EKG so she had to call someone else in to do it. When i asked if the nurse was training (everyone has to learn i get it) the other nurse said no shes just shy. Do not trust yourself with this location. Total waste of a trip and its extremely concerning the staff cant do their jobs. Youre in HEALTHCARE. People rely on you to be able to do your jobs and do it with a little compassion.
- DKDavid KappNov 12, 20251.0Don’t waste your time. I went here for an X-ray on my 10 year olds wrist. I was told that they might not treat pediatrics. No one could check because the provider didn’t show up on time. Typical urgent care simply takes X-rays and refers to orthopedics anyway so help me understand why we couldn’t get an X-ray. We went an urgent care down the street and had an X-ray down by a tech in 30 minutes. Referred out to ortho. Don’t go here
- MHMatt HowertonNov 11, 20255.0I've had several work injuries within the last 4 years. Two of the injuries have required surgery and numerous physical therapy appointments. Kate was the main physical therapist that I was assigned. However, Tara stepped in numerous times to help me if Kate wasn't there or just to provide some extra help. They both are super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and clearly they are there to help people. I was able to return to work sooner than expected after both surgeries. If you wind up getting physical therapy with Kate or Tara you are in great hands.
- DSDrew SNov 7, 20255.0I came here for a workplace injury and have been treated phenomenally by everyone I've seen. The initial intake did take awhile to get all the way through but I assumed it would be that way. Have been getting PT 3 times a week from Tara S. and she and the other staff have been great! Listened to my concerns and have been helping me get back to normal, if not better in shape with my shoulder. I appreciate having conversations with everyone there as it lightens the mood when rehabbing isn't always the best time. Plenty of laughter and support all around. Look forward to continue working with Tara and the crew, thanks for the help healing up!!
- JLJoel LeeNov 6, 20254.0Told no manager available to resolve an issue concentra created by being "open until 5", but unable to perform certain tests and exams when you arrive at 340p. The TB test for example must be done before 4, as those labs"go out at 330". If you want a physical, they stop doing those at 4. The front desk said oh good thing you got here before 4, as we stop taking those. So why don't they just make closing at 330, and work up until 5, so when people like me drive an hour each way, it's on me when I've gotta come back a 2nd or 3rd time. Dawn the nurse, the DR, and the front reception was very pleasant however.
