DO NOT GET YOUR VACCINATIONS HERE
Shot was rushed, careless, and unprofessional. The pharmacist looked like she was getting ready to leave (had her personal belongings on the patient chair ) and gave me the shot in a random chair in the waiting area instead of a private space. She didn’t even confirm what vaccine she was giving me before administering it.
She also inserted the needle, then paused and actually pulled the needle partway out before pushing it back in and continuing the injection. I heard and saw air bubbles in the syringe before and during the process. Didn’t get a bandage afterwards for the blood and had to ask at the counter afterwards. The whole experience felt careless and made me question whether the shot was done safely.
I’ve had shots many times before and never experienced anything like this. Go to the Safeway on Iris & 28th. Always had great experiences there.

I would not choose this pharmacy. The pharmacists here, especially the main male here, are very condescending and will not take the time to work with you on anything. When a prescription that I had received previously came up as much higher than it used to after I switched insurance, they acted like it was a huge pain to see if the generic version would be much cheaper.
I understand that insurance companies/doctors control many aspects of the prescription. However, pharmacies do have some control and at the very least can be patient and help you troubleshoot why you are not receiving your medication. For instance, I was taken off their notification list to refill a prescription because I aged out of my previous insurance. I had to figure that out on my own. When I asked them why I was taken off, they had no idea and really had an attitude of "That's not my problem."
To this pharmacy, please treat your customers with more kindness and embrace a willingness to help/even explain medications. The Pharmacy I went to in a previous state was always amazing at customer service and made me feel good whenever I needed a prescription filled. A good pharmacist can make the whole process of getting healthcare so much better or so much worse. Please do better or re: supervisors, equip your healthcare workers to make this change.

What a joke. Scheduled a vaccine appointment, and in addition to not providing any clear indication where to get it/who to talk to, there was only one pharmacist around who was busy with other things. Walked out 15 minutes AFTER my supposed appointment. Screw these people, go to Walgreens or king soopers instead. Ridiculous.
